Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is part of the Agreement between Orion AI Solutions Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 2810 N Church St #607813, Wilmington, DE 19802 ("Orion"), and Customer. It applies to Customer and every user, Downstream User, integration, agent, and system using the Services.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Services to:
- violate law, regulation, court order, professional duty, carrier requirement, industry rule, or another person's rights;
- contact a person without the consent, notice, lawful basis, license, registration, or authorization required for the specific activity;
- send deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, exploitative, or abusive content;
- impersonate another person, conceal a seller or sender, spoof or misuse caller ID, use misleading headers or domains, or misrepresent AI as a human;
- scrape, harvest, fabricate, buy, share, resell, recycle, or transfer contact data without lawful rights and verified permission for the intended seller and use;
- evade a do-not-contact request, suppression, quiet-hour control, registration, carrier filter, volume limit, account restriction, or enforcement action;
- abandon an outbound call where prohibited or claim an abandoned-call safe harbor without satisfying and documenting every applicable abandonment-rate, ring-time, connection, identification-message, and recordkeeping condition;
- use snowshoeing, traffic pumping, SIM farms, rotating identities, multiple accounts, shortened or deceptive links, or other methods intended to avoid detection or accountability;
- upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the Services, access another tenant, probe security without written authorization, or facilitate credential theft;
- infringe intellectual-property, publicity, privacy, or data-protection rights;
- make unlawful, unlicensed, deceptive, or unsubstantiated insurance, financial, health, employment, housing, credit, political, charitable, or other regulated claims;
- clone or imitate a voice or likeness without all necessary rights and disclosures;
- send illegal robocalls, robotexts, prerecorded messages, ringless voicemail, commercial email, or prohibited carrier content;
- collect or expose sensitive personal information beyond what is lawful and necessary;
- train or build a competing product by extracting Orion software, confidential materials, or nonpublic outputs; or
- enable another person to do any of the above.
Required safeguards
You must use accurate account and registration information; apply least-privilege access; protect credentials; review scripts, prompts, offers, and configurations; train personnel; monitor Downstream Users; maintain consent and suppression evidence; investigate complaints; and promptly remediate risk.
You must not treat Orion's approval, registration support, delivery attempt, template, or control result as legal approval. You must comply with the Communications Compliance Addendum before each Communication.
Enforcement
Orion may reject, delay, quarantine, preserve, investigate, limit, suspend, or terminate activity that violates or may violate this Policy or creates legal, security, carrier, consumer, or reputational risk. Orion may require proof, corrective action, source removal, retraining, or independent review before reinstatement and may cooperate with providers and authorities where permitted or required.
