Orion SMS Program Terms

1. Program and sender

Orion AI Solutions Inc. operates this recurring mixed-use text-message program. Depending on the separate preferences you select, messages may include requested demo follow-up, account and service notifications, customer support, product updates, special offers, discounts, and promotions.

2. Separate optional consent

Orion provides separate, unchecked choices for non-marketing texts and marketing texts on its public demo form. You may select either, both, or neither. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase or a demo request, and applies only to Orion AI Solutions Inc. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messages.

3. Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your selected preferences, requests, account activity, and available offers. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your text or data plan.

4. Opt out and rejoin

Reply STOP at any time to stop text messages from this program. We will send one confirmation and no further texts unless you later opt in again. After opting out, reply START or UNSTOP to rejoin where supported, or submit the public demo form again with your desired preferences.

6. Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

See Orion's Privacy Policy for how mobile information and consent records are handled. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Orion may disclose this information to messaging providers only as needed to operate the program, deliver messages, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
